I cannot sign into my email account.

When I try to sign it, the screen asks for my password but when I put it in and click sign in it loops back to the same sign in with the message up in my address bar showing "log off." It's very frustrating.

Any help?

First, have you attempted to reset your password? This re syncs your account and can correct login issues like the loop you are experiencing. Take these steps and let us know if they help:

  1. Go to att.com/myatt.
  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. Fill out the password info.
  4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
  5. Create your new password.

While you attempt that, can you please inform us of the following, as it is vital to resolving your concerns:

  • How are you accessing your email? Through our Currently site, or another email program such as Outlook or Apple mail?
  • Have you cleared your browser's cache and cookies? If you are using a web browser to access your email, this is recommend as it can correct connection issues that may be causing this error.
  • Do you experience this on other devices as well?
