Greyed out Inbox and Currently Subscriptions
ATT Community
Anyone have any idea or knowledge why I have a greyed out Inbox showing 69 objects. The image if from my iPad Email. I don't have a similar file on my iPhone and both devices pull from the same ATT server (IMAP). Checking the ATT Currently web site I can only find at most 47 (only 7 in my inbox) emails among the various folders. The only way I have found to remove this Inbox is to delete the account and reestablish it but it comes back in a couple of days.

Also anyone know if there is a way to delete all the Subscription domains retained on the ATT Currently web site. Why does ATT maintain these? Might this explain why I am received so much spam email?

Hi there, @reichmaj! We want to get you pointed in the right direction for help with your email.
Since you're using a third party email client when you're experiencing these issues, we recommend contacting Apple Mail support. They are best equipped to assist with any trouble that you may have with their app.
As far as the Subscription domains go, we have no information about why/how these are maintained. We'd suggest that you unsubscribe and block any of the domains that you don't wish to receive emails from.
In addition to that, we've got a great article that explains how to protect yourself from email spam. Any suspicious/spam emails can be forwarded to our team at abuse@att.net.
Please feel free to reach back out if you need help in the future. Thank you for contacting the AT&T Community Forums!
