Final Reminder - Update AT&T Pro-Mail Now

I have been receiving emails such as the one below that tells me to update AT&T Yahoo Mail or my account may be closed.  Each email has been sent from some random email address and provides a link to use to update my account.  Based on the random email addresses and sometimes different link names I have been considering these email as spam.  Are the email actually from AT&T?

These emails are SPAM / phishing attempts.  Please do not click on the links and delete them.

Thank you.  I just received one of these with a little different wording and wasn't sure even after looking at the raw header information.

This email is to notify you that the new critical security features are not applied to your account properly.

For that reason, your email account will not be able to send and receive important email letters from MAY 15th, 2021 until you apply the security features manually.

That sounds like SPAM to me.  If the security features are indeed critical, they're not going to wait to apply them.
