Fill in address

Hi there, lir1n. We understand that you're having a concern with you contacts not filling in or searching when you type then in the "TO" field. We can help you with that. 

We do have a troubleshooting guide that some users have found success with:

• Log out of the webmail. 
• Log back into the webmail.
• Switch to Classic View(its on the left side column)
• Click compose.
• Try the predictive email address fill-in. 
• Switch back to "New Mail"(its over on the right hand side of the horizontal line,)
• When the page changes delete the draft email that is being held in the draft folder.
• Click compose and try the predictive email address fill-in again.

I did that before i posted the previous massage, and it seemed not to resolve it. Before responding now, i tried again - and it seems to work. :)
