Facebook email

Facebook is not sending a email to reset password to my AT&T email. They have the correct email address, but it doesn’t show up in inbox or spam. Please help

Thanks for getting back to us, captscottjr.

 

If you haven't done so yet, go to your email and create a filter to make sure that Facebook emails are sent to your Inbox.

 

Here are the steps:

  1. Select the gear Gear icon and then More Settings.
  2. Choose Filters.
  3. Select Add to create a filter.
  4. Enter the conditions for your filter and then select Save.

Glad to help you receive your password reset emails from Facebook, captscottjr.

 

If Facebook's emails are the only ones that you're not receiving, you may need to adjust your email settings.

 

Here are the steps from Facebook's support page:

  1. Open the Facebook App
  2. Click the Menu button
  3. Scroll down and select Settings
  4. Scroll down and select Notification Settings
  5. Scroll down and select Email
  6. From here, you can adjust to receive emails about your account

That’s the problem, I can’t get into my page to change the settings. It did this on another email, as I was trying to change my password
