Emails to text with MMS MP3 attachments dissappear

Emails are sent with no error indications. Receiving numbers never get the text. This problem has gone on for months. Works for a while then, just quits. Different sending devices, different ISP's. I've posted this multiple times. Right after I do, the problem seems to disappear for a while.

  1. MMS vs. SMS:First, let’s clarify that MMS (which includes images, videos, and audio files) is different from SMS (simple text messages).
    • MMS requires cellular data, while SMS does not.
    • If you’re sending images, it’s likely MMS, not SMS.
  2.  Cellular Data and MMSCellular Data and MMS:
    • Ensure that your cellular data is turned on. MMS won’t work without it.Email to MMS Gateway:
    • Text message - Compose a new email and enter the recipient's 10-digit wireless number, followed by @txt.att.net. For example, 5551234567@txt.att.net.
    • Picture or video message - Compose a new email and enter the recipient's 10-digit wireless number, followed by @mms.att.net

Well, it worked a couple of times within an hour of my original post then quit again. Hasn't worked since. The attached  files are very short MP3 files. I know the proper format for MMS messages. The messages are sent to phones on different carriers.
