Emails being marked as spam

I am trying to send emails but they are being marked as spam and will not sent

Hi @krsloan58,


We understand that you’re having trouble with your spam emails. We can help you put an end to legitimate emails being sent to your Spam folder.


Try these steps, in order to change the settings in your email, so you can filter out emails that should not be in spam/junk:

  1. Select the gear  and then More Settings.
  2. Choose Filters.
  3. Select Add to create a filter.
  4. Enter the conditions for your filter and then select Save.

If those steps do not work right away, we recommend that you clear your browser cache, cookies, and browsing data.  Here is a great support article that will give you the steps, depending on what browser or device that you are using.

Jennifer they are not having a problem with emails receiving going to spam, but that emails that THEY SEND are being marked as spam.
