Emails are blocked from people who try to email me

Several people have tried to email me and receive messages saying it's "blocked". Please assist. Thanks you!

We can address your concern about your email senders being blocked, SheridanA1!

If you see that certain addresses have appeared on your block list, you can follow these steps from our guide on how to block or unblock an email address:

From your webmail inbox:
  1. Select the gear Mail Gear Icon, then More Settings.
  2. Choose Security and privacy and do the following:
    • To unblock: Select a blocked email address, then select the trash can.
If there are no blocked email addresses on your account and they're still getting a "blocked" message, you'll want to contact us about our email block list for help, as our security measures can sometimes misread and block legitimate messages.

If you need help with anything else, feel free to reach out again.

Hello! As a follow-up to my original post I don't see any block email addresses in Privacy and Security settings.  And the link within the post does not work to get addicted assistance. Any other suggestions? Thanks!

Hello again, SheridanA1.

Here is the email address for the Postmaster team: abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net. They'll be able to help you with the blocked emails.

Goof luck, and thanks again for contacting the AT&T Community Forums team.

No, that address will not help you, a recipient, with blocked e-mails.

That e-mail address is for senders who get a specific e-mail response that tells them to use that e-mail address.  If the people who are sending you the e-mail are getting a message that says to forward the message to that e-mail address, then they should.  If that's not the message they're getting, then that e-mail isn't for them.

It's too bad that ATThelp will apparently never see this information, because I've repeated this a dozen times or more, but they keep posting it.
