Email Name and Address does not appear correctly on sent emails
When I send out an email, it reads: Email Support (with my correct email address). It should read my name, not Email Support. I tried going into my account, but all that information is correct. I don't know how to get rid of "Email Support" so that my name will appear. What can I do?

Log into your email account at www.currently.com. Then click Settings (the gear icon in the upper right corner) and then click More settings. Click the Mailboxes item and then click your email address as shown below. Your issue will be in one of the two highlighted areas on the right.
