The option to delete an unwanted email in my inbox has disappeared. How can I  get it back.

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies to refresh the website and load the option to delete the email. Make sure you're using Currently, as it's the official website for AT&T mail and shouldn't give you any trouble.

 

If you're still unable to delete the email, please give us more information, so we can determine what your next steps should be:

  • Is there no option to delete the email or is it just not going to the Trash folder?
  • Are you able to delete other emails?
  • Is your Trash folder visible?
