Glad to answer your question about keeping your email after cancelling, thomasr1950.
When you cancel your AT&T Internet, you will still have access to your account, as long as it's in good standing. If there's a balance owed, you'll lose access to the email until it's resolved. We have an article that discusses this in greater detail here in the Forums.
