Combined | Linked Accounts

I have an SBCglobal & ATT.net account.  I combined them today using the sbcglobal account in error.

First I'm not sure about the benefit - because now I do not seem to have ANY access to my ATT.net account which is the more current of the two.

HOW do I undo this error?  Help is much appreciated as I'm am trying not to freak out.

We're here to help with getting your accounts unlinked, @lrphillips13!


To remove a linked account, follow the steps listed below:

  1. Go to Profile.
  2. Select Sign-in info.
  3. In My linked accounts, choose Remove this account for the account you want to unlink.
  4. Select one of the following, if prompted:
    • A secondary user to replace you as the primary user
    • No one
  5. Choose a new primary account, if prompted.
  6. Follow the prompts to remove the account from your ID.
