There's currently no way to combine two different AT&T email accounts into one.
You can, however, create a new email using a different email provider and use their import mail feature to pull all incoming mail from the two emails into your new one. If you choose to go this route, please let us know which provider you choose for your new email, and we'll be happy to help with the steps you need.
