Blocked email

I am not receiving any email from mortgage company and I don't see them in the spam list.  Can someone please help me??? they send from this email account.

Can you inform us of how you are accessing your email? This way we can provide you with the proper steps to apply a filter that will allow the email to come through.

 

We can also provide steps to ensure that the address wasn't blocked on accident.

I use my iPhone also I access through Yahoo on my computer.

When accessing the email on your iPhone are you using the Yahoo app or Apple mail? The steps to apply a filter are different for each app.

 

Also, were you receiving the emails prior to this incident? This could provide us information as to what changed and is the cause.

I am using the Apple app to access email and yes it was working before
