Att said they don’t recover passwords anymore
After being on the phone for 1 1/2 hrs. Att said they do not recover passwords anymore. After having my email for many years, now what? I’ve been using it for doctors, banking. There should be something they can do. My husband is a former employee. Was told a notification was sent out in September. My husband looked back in his email and never received that type of correspondence. I need help, please

Their tool would allow to either reset it through text msg, email or mail
if first 2 options fail
3rd one is almost always available. Which is sending you a post card with the password through mail.

We'd be glad to see what we can do to get you back into your email, Mosikowicz_55!
While we no longer have the option to provide a temporary password verbally, we can check to see if there's a recovery email or phone number that we can send a temporary password to.
We'll send you a Direct Message to get started. Look for the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page.

We sent you a response in the DM requesting your information about 20 minutes after you answered our initial question, Mosikowicz_55.
Please go to the DMs and provide the requested information, so we can assist you. There may be a delay between responses, but you should receive an email notification when we send you a new message.
