That's all you see in the body of the email?

Those are the raw email headers, all the technical stuff that documents where the email came from and where it went along with a bunch of other info.  Normally that's hidden from the user, for obvious reasons.

Are you viewing this email online, with a web browser or via some sort of email client (Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, etc)?

Is this the only email you see this in?

Do you have other emails from Rapattoni, and if so, do they show up the same way?

It looks to be some sort of issue between Windows Mail and Yahoo (shocking, I know).

See THIS thread that talks about it.  I found some other threads about running some Powershell tools to try and rebuild the Mail and other Store Apps but I'm not confident in the source so I won't link those.

I would say at this point consider moving to some other email client like Thunderbird  (or use your browser to do email online).

Thanks!!  I also thought the problem might be in Windows Mail or ATT and have a gmail account I would switch to if ATT can't resolve the issue...saving myself a lot of frustration, stress and time.  Thanks for your input!!  Greatly appreciate it..

We're here to assist email concern, @conner_5!

When accessing your email through Currently, do you see this emails displayed in this manner? If the emails are displayed correctly in Currently, we recommend you view this thread support article that covers garbled emails

Let us know if this helps, if not we have a few more things we can try!

Hey ATTHelp CalebP?

Does AT&T/Yahoo use Exchange Server?  No.  And even if they did, would they be using a version that had an end date of 2015?  No.

So thanks for the extensive "research", meaning entering "garbled email" into Google and picking the very first hit, regardless of it's relevancy.  🙄🙄🙄

Yes.  I was able to get to my email using Currently and the incoming emails that were displaying incorrectly are now readable, but this looks more like a workaround that bypasses Windows Mail instead of actually resolving the real problem...

Oh, absolutely a workaround and, hopefully, one that will only be temporary.  But that's going to require Yahoo to accidentally trip across the issue and then fix it.

In the meantime, if you prefer a mail client rather than the online UI, please consider switching to Thunderbird.

Thanks for providing that update, @conner_5.

Since your email seems to be coming through our service without any issue, we recommend reaching out to Microsoft Support for further assistance with getting Windows Mail to display correctly.

Please don't hesitate to reach back out if you have any other questions or concerns, and thanks for reaching out on the AT&T Community Forums.

The issue is somewhere between ATT and Windows Mail and would probably require technical resources from both teams to troubleshoot and isolate/fix the problem since it looks like other users are having the same problem, not just me.  Should you refer this issue to the technical team?  Thank you.

tonydi, In the mean time, I'll check into Thunderbird.  Thank you for your help!
