"You are not an Active HSIA user" Error

Hey all, trying to get in to take the copyright infringement tutorial and keep getting this error. I've only got the one account with ATT, so not sure what else to try. Does it on three different computers so it's not native to any one PC.

Hey @vonmonj,

 

In order to take the Copyright Infringement tutorial, you need to make sure you are signing in with your primary AT&T email address.  You can find out what your primary account email address is by recovering via the Forgot User ID portal.
