Yahoo.com email

My yahoo.com email account that Ive been using for 15 years stopped working.  I cant reset my password because they keep sending the new user id TO THAT EMAIL ACCOUNT I cant get into.  Please advise.

Thanks.

Yesterday I upgraded to the new Yahoo Mail. I changed backgrounds, etc. and everything looked fine. This morning I find only emails dating back to Sunday, December 17th. All my folders are missing and any emails I have saved are missing also. I want this rectified.

@JasonNic

Go here to reset your password.  Look at the video.  You have three ways to reset your password.  You can reset the password using your security questions or having a temporary password sent to you via a text message or an email.  In the email case you can supply any email address.  It doesn't have to be an att email address.  For example you can use any number of free email services like gmail, hotmail, etc.

Thanks.  I talked to them and they told me to contact Yahoo.

When I try the reset links below - it says:

Thanks but my Yahoo.com account is separate.   I am no longer an ATT customer also.  Every reset I try brings me back to ATT help links.  Its a never ending cycle and I think I am out of luck forever

Thanks Cat but all your advice did not work.  It all takes me back to ATT sites and my Yahoo.com should be a separate entity.
