Yahoo email suddenly stopped allowing Apple Mail access to my email
I use apple mail for my email program and over the last few days the Yahoo email I have through my @sbcglobal.net address cannot download email. the email is now only available if I go directly to the Yahoo site or I can get it on iphone. It worked intermittently on my desk top for a day or so and then completely stopped allowing my mail program access. I have quit and restarted apple mail many times and there is no problem with the password to access.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Let us help!
We wrote a post with Email Troubleshooting steps that may help. I should note however, that the best way to access your email is through att.net as 3rd party email clients are not officially supported.

cannot find help to access our email. cannot afford another day without email. cannot get help. looks easier to just find another provider at this point
