Yahoo / ATT email - cannot access email
I have had an email address, for 25 years, which at one time I accessed thru ATT, but I have mostly accessed it thru Yahoo mail for the recent past years. I no longer have any ATT accounts, but up till now, the Yahoo login has worked. Now the login goes takes me to an ATT page, asking for user name, and password. After I enter, it says that this email is not found. I have been using this email daily, until yesterday when I moved my data to a new mobile phone, and now I cannot access the email any more. It is my primary email account, associated with all of my personal and business use. Can you HELP??!! ([email scrubbed] is the email address)

Hello, @chrisshjj
We understand how important it is to have access to your email.
Have you tried troubleshooting your email?
Due to the enhanced security of AT&T Mail. You'll have to use either OAuth or a secure mail key to access your email through an app.
Let us know if this helped.

Your response is appreciated, but your answers are not helpful. Too generic, and nothing new to try to do that I have not already tried. Is there any way to do a live chat, to discuss back and forth with immediate responses? Thanks.

Hi @chrisshjj
If you don't, you won't be able to access your email. Check to see if you have messages in your outbox folder. If so, remove them and try to send a new message. Review common email error codes for steps to resolve them.

Just so we're clear, you've already created a secure mail key, correct?
Or have you setup OAuth?
Also, letting us know what mail client you're using on your phone and your email domain (Yahoo!, AT&T, Sbcglobal, etc.) can help us find a solution for you.
In regard to live chat, the Community Forums team doesn't have a chat feature. However, you can visit our Contact Us page, select your service, then scroll to the bottom of the page for a live chat link.
We'll be here if you'd like for us to keep working on this for you.

I have a secure mail key yes, but I'm not clear on how to use it. Do I enter that instead of my password (I tried both ways and neither one worked).
Also, what do you mean by "setup OAuth"? I have 2 sbcglobal accounts and one att account - none of them work (on mobile app - web access is fine on all).
