Windows Live Mail

I use Windows Live mail to send and receive emails.  I think ATT routes the mail through Yahoo and then my computer using Windows Live Mail connects with Yahoo.  I can't send or receive emails now and I did nothing to Windows LIve Mail.

Any suggestions?
