Why is my Yahoo/ATT email blocking Facebook password reset emails?
Need to reset Facebook passwords and the reset recovery emails are not in my spam or any folders in my email. I can see in my Facebook app that the reset password link emails were sent on several occasions to my email on file. Where are the reset emails from Facebook blocked? I don't see anything in the block section of my email settings.

I am receiving Facebook messenger notifications in my email as well as other email addresses. However, I am not receiving the Facebook reset passwords emails, even though Facebook is saying it was sent to the same email address. I have nothing set in my filters in att email as far as I can see that is blocking. I am accessing my email on laptop and mobile. I'm using the mobile yahoo mail app and accessing via att website online.

Did you ever find a solution? I’m currently unable to reset my Facebook password with this exact same issue.

same here....:\ ongoing, with no help from ATT. Given the circumstances, and the fact that support are largely overseas, I feel as though an ATT overseas employee has hijacked the password reset emails and likely has control of my facebook account. this plus the fact that every time I go to log on to myATT, it IMMEDIATELY tells me I've tried to log in too many times raises suspicion. I've tried to report to ATT fraud, with no help or luck. This really is awful in the way that one would like to use a common, benign exclamation that will get automatically edited for violating community guidelines.

Same issue here. Called AT&T customer service and they didn't have a clue on what was going on or how to fix it. They too blamed Facebook when the issue is clearly on AT&T's side. I ended up having to go through the hassle of sending Facebook a picture of my driver's license to verify my identity and an alternate email to send the password reset link to since AT&T keeps blocking it. After giving them a Gmail email address, I get the reset email from Facebook with no issue.
The same issue happens with Amazon.
I have since stopped using AT&T email. I I now have all my main email from my all my online credit card, retail, and other accounts going to my Gmail account. They don't block emails like AT&T does. I suggest you do the same. AT&T email is useless..

Hey WdnUlik2no
How did you go about getting the picture and information to Facebook? I'm in the same spot you were. Thanks in advance.

Yahoo/ATT email has a built-in spam filter that automatically blocks messages from senders that are suspected of sending spam. Sometimes, legitimate messages can get caught in the spam filter, including Facebook password reset emails.
