why do I have to change my email password every day. Just started now its every day.

I dropped my landline with AT&T about 3 months ago. I also got a new router because the old one was overheating

Since then my U-Verse service freezes multiple times per day. Worst at 8:10 PM for 2 months now 8:20 for a month. Like clockwork.

Comes back on and then freezes.  This happens off and on all day. Usually comes back on but last night had to reboot and still took 30 minutes.

You posted in the Internet forum.

Your subject is about an Email problem, which obviously belongs in the Email forum.

Yet the body of your post doesn't have anything to do with email.

Having a bad day?  😟

Anything to do with AT&T is a bad day. Including their trashy homepage currently.att.com (which email users are forced to use.

UVerse is also crap. freezes every day multiple times per day.

We're here to help address your U-Verse TV concerns, @birdrose.

We understand how frustrating it is when your favorite shows start freezing on you. To fix this, we have several troubleshooting steps we recommend trying:

  1. Reboot your receiver- a common step that can help fix several issues stemming from the equipment.
  2. Check your connections- a cable not being plugged in properly could lead to service issues.
  3. Perform a device recovery- click the link above for the precise steps on how to do this. This may help if the other troubleshooting steps don't.

Let us know how these steps work for you!
