Whitelisting certain IP addresses

Hello,  We have a website hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) EC2 instance, and for some reason, the IP address is not going through or getting blocked by at&t. The IP address is not static and will change whenever we restart the server. Is there anything we can do about it? How do I whitelist the IP addresses? Is there a procedure for that? For temporary purposes, here is the IP address of the server: 18.221.3.71

Well, ATTHelp Aminah borked the link but it was supposed to send you to instructions for contacting the abuse_rbl@att.com dept.  Unfortunately, that's for blocked email addresses, not websites.

Given the lack of action by both depts when approached by residential account customers, NBD.

You might want to post in the AT&T Business Community forums, where it appears people there have single digit success rates.

You can reach out to the support team for our block list online. Be sure to include as much information as possible. If you need help with anything else, let us know.

Thank you for visiting the AT&T Community Forums.

In your modem settings, you can enable an IP passthrough for IP addresses.

Another option is to route your mail through AWS SES.
