What is thisss??

Hello Members,

I have a gaming website on which I have multiple posts. Although I am getting good traffic from different devices. But last night I went to know that I am not getting single traffic from iPhone. Then I opened my website through 3 different iPhones but the site was not opening there. It was really shocking because in Europe many people use iPhones and I was missing a huge amount of traffic. I did not know what's it solutions were but want to solve it ASAP.

I want your help in this matter if anyone from you know the exact solution.

Thanks!

Jeniffer

Let's get you access to your website again, @JenifferChristopher28!

We need to know a few things first:

  • What error message are you receiving?
  • Are you using AT&T Internet or AT&T Wireless service when attempting to access the site?

This information is vital to determine what is the cause of the site being blocked. Please let us know!

Let's see what is going on with your website, JenifferChristopher28

According to your screenshots you are getting a "Page Cannot Be Reached." That normally means there is a routing concern that needs to be addressed.

If you are using AT&T internet service, what you can do is, do a ping and traceroute from the AT&T equipment to the website in question. We have a great forums article that will help you do that.

The article mentioned above, does talk about Latency and Ping, but it has the steps to ping and traceroute from the AT&T equipment.

If you could do that and post the screenshots back here.

Thank you for using the AT&T Community Forums.

Just curious what this has to do with AT&T?
