Warning box popped up: dns.cpi.com warning.

I got a warning box with two buttons at bottom. The site was dns.cpi.com. Does the proceed button direct you to the site or am I proceeding to mark it spam or mallard. Button is not really informative. And I can't find a similar situation in the forum. Which button do I click?
