want to talk with rep in the USA!!! who speaks GOOD ENGLISH
I am absolutely tired of speaking to at&t reps in a foreign country who won't even tell me what country they are from, and they refuse to transfer me to a rep in the USA who speaks without a heavy foreign accent. ANY TIME I CALL COX CABLE I GET A REP WHO IS IN THE USA AND SPEAKS GOOD ENGLISH. The At&t reps tell me their name and I can't even understand what it is so if I want to make a negative comment about their willingness to correct my problem I don't even know what their name is. I explained I could not get my E-mail in the morning yesterday and again today which is a bellsouth.net address but later last night it worked perfect. I received 15 e-mails showing times originating from early morning to just before midnight. Today I have been unable to get my e-mail again all day and this foreign rep she wants to try changing my e-mail password to fix the problem. Why did it work OK last night. I think there must be some equipment down dealing with bellsouth.net or they are making some changes without notifying anyone what is going on because the foreign rep knew nothing but when I asked her if they were getting a lot of calls about bellsouth.net she said YES THEY WERE. That's part of the problem with at&t farming out their trouble calls to a foreign country. A couple of months ago my internet was down completely and they were giving me a two week waiting period for the repair to be made. THIS IS NOT GOOD SERVICE!!! I guarantee COX Cable has never made me wait two weeks for a repair. What has happened with AT & T service?????? Is cheap foreign labor really worth it ..... I think NOT

How are you accessing the email, and are you getting any error messages?
