Want to prove ATTCares?

You should read what people are having issues with. Things like the guide not matching what’s on. Things like season passes not being set to a channel but to all channels so when you set a season pass it records every showing on every channel? Things like every time you push an update we have to go back in and fix our settings?

 

That would be stupid, wouldn’t it? Instead of fixing what people are having issues with, you made the guide bigger. Why? Because ATTCares about AT&T, of course.

Correct.  AT&T does not have a 'one hour' response link.
