VPN Not Connecting

I'm in the IT department for an Enterprise IT-as-a-Service provider and we have two AT&T users that can't connect to our VPN.  We aren't seeing their traffic at our VPN endpoint and they are unable to ping our VPNs from their home.  However, both users are able to connect to our VPN while using Verizon hotspots.

Is there anyway I can engage with AT&T support to assist with troubleshooting the issue?  Or do the end users have to submit a ticket?

Here to help with their connection, @IncidentManagerTim.

You can take a closer look at this reference to help assist you and your team with their VPN concerns:

  • Certain VPNs are stricter and may drop you if something seems out of the ordinary. Wi-Fi interference may scramble the packets causing this issue.
  • Using a hardwired connection helps improv VPN communication
  • VPNs can affect overall internet speeds
  • Disconnect a VPN when it is not needed

Please reach back out and let us know if this helps.
