I am trying to unmerge a sbcglobal.net att account from a yahoo account.
When I follow the steps from https://www.att.com/esupport/article.html#!/email-support/KM1047015
When I try to delete my sbcglobal email account, I get a fault code PRO_UMAS_331 on the screen, and it does not work.
How can I unmerge my yahoo account?
