UNMERGE ATT AND YAHOO ACCOUNTS FAILED ATFER DELETING sbc ACCOUNT

I am having the same issue as others trying to unmerge a yahoo and sbc global account.

I get to the final stage on YAHOO.COM to unmerge but I get an error message.

ANYONE HAVE A GOOD SOLUTION PLEASE!!
