Unlock Bellsouth.net

I have attempted to call the at&t number a few times to get this correct, So far no luck. I take care of my grandmother and at some point she locked her account, with the code CARE CODE: 203.2 [FL001]. We attempted to go in and reset the password but the security questions she cant remember. I would like to know what are the next steps to get back into this account. Or just to unlock it, I still have the password.
