Unblock / Delist IP request

we purchased the following IP pool 176.31.129.128/27, 145.239.180.160/27  from OVH but we noticed that emails sent to att.net or bellsouth.net are blocked by the behavior of the previous owner.

 

We are getting the following error on emails sent to att.net addresses:

553 5.3.0 flpd586 DNSBL:ATTRBL 521< 176.31.129.137 >_is_blocked.For assistance forward this email to abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net [m] => ff-ip4-mx-vip1.prodigy.net (144.160.159.21)

 

and We are getting the following error on emails sent to bellsouth.net addresses:

553 5.3.0 alph132 DNSBL:ATTRBL 521< 145.239.180.160 >_is_blocked.For assistance forward this email to abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net [m] => al-ip4-mx-vip1.prodigy.net (144.160.235.143)

 

I've tried the http://rbl.att.net/block_inquiry.html and emailed abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net with no response.  Also verified we aren't listed on any other blacklists through mxtoolbox.

 

Can you help us?
