Unable to send @sbcglobal.net domain emails

Our company is unable to send to any @sbcglobal.net addresses. I have sent the  abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net  address multiple request to white-list and still nothing. This is making it rather hard to do business when we are unable to respond to customers. Our IP is 208.116.177.57
