Unable to get into my Att.net mail subaccounts.

I have already tried using a different browser. Worked for a while. Then just quit working. Now, I am able to get into my 3 subaccounts using 3 different browsers. Ridiculous!

I am able to use all 3 together on my IPAD. Why?

Any ideas as to what is causing this? Windows 10?

Any ideas how to solve this problem?

Hi There @Susieq2019,

 

We understand that you have some questions on why you have to 3 different browsers to log-in to your 3 accounts.  We can help you with that.

 

According to our information, multiple email accounts or "Merged Inboxes" are not support anymore on the browser based email. So it is one account at a time on the browser. Like you have found out, if you have more then one account you can log all of them in, but in different browsers.

 

To use all of your accounts together, in one place you will need to use an email app or use a email client(Outlook or Outlook Express) is an example.
