Unable to access email or reset password
I have an old email account with the @att.net suffix, that I still use a lot of correspondence.
With all the changes recently as ATT disentangles its email from Yahoo, my access has stopped.
I tried to remedy this by doing a password reset. I used the challenge questions to verify my identity. But after submitting them, the "progress indicator" just kept spinning and the system never went to the next step. I assume it would have provided a temp password. This state lasted so long that the ATT web interface prompted me to ask if I was still there.
There is no direct email help support. I'm here in the forum hoping for some assistance
