We can definitely help you with your email sign in concerns, @seank3465

Have you attempted to reset your Cookies and Cache in your current web browser?

Have you created a secure mail key? Have you also tried to log in using another device?

Check your browser for updates to make sure your are using the latest version.

We have further information on how to troubleshoot your email

I still receive the same error after logging in when creating a secure mail key. What does the error "Not Found on Accelerator" indicate when authenticating via yahoo ?

We have a security implementation known as Open Authentication (OAuth), which works by encrypting your credentials to offer better protection.

We also have a step by step guide  which will allow you to update your settings if you have a mail client.

Please attempt to reset your password, as this may resync your account allowing you to gain access to your email.

Let us know if this helps, or if you have any further questions.

Like Seank3465 and many others I am having issues access my email on some devices.

Since the evening of May 25, 2021 I was suddenly unable to access my sbcglobal.net email on my iPad from Safari browser.  For several months previously I would run into the issue sporadically.  On one attempt I would be able to login, then on the next I wouldn’t.  Since May, I can no longer login at all. I am still able to access the sbcglobal email account from windows.

I spoke with ATT support and have tried all the suggested fixes I could find, such as clearing cookies/cache, turning off device, accessing from att.net, att.com, currently.com, and yahoo but nothing has worked.

When attempting to login from currently.att.yahoo.com, I get directed to loginprodx.att.net, and receive the following error -

The SAML message is invalid.

error details -

https%3A%2F%2Flogin.yahoo.com%2Fsaml%2F2.0%2Fatt for attribute PartnerId is not valid

I can login to my att.com account, however when attempting to access email from the “check email” link I get redirected flashing and eventually taken to signin.att.com message “something’s gone wrong” “let’s try again”, which then goes back to att.com sign in screen.

Other than cancelling my ATT account, any other suggestions would be appreciated.

@ATTHelp there appears to an issue that is impacting a customer's ability to access email via currently.att.yahoo.com and other methods. At the moment it appears to be an authentication issue. Please open the appropriate internal tickets and escalate.

I am still not able to access my email, and it appears others are having similar issues.

@SEE I am sorry to hear that you are having issues accessing your email as well, and by browsing other forum posts I have noticed that this doesn't appear to just a one or two occurrence incident as others have posted similar errors to ours but with no resolution. I have tried for over a month to seek resolution via these forum with out an adequate response from @ATTHelp .  I am actually an AT&T employee and I have just escalated this issue internally using other support options that are at my disposal. Hopefully in resolving my issue it will in turn assist you. I will post an update to this thread to keep you informed, in addition I will notify our internal AT&T support of your specific issue.

Thanks for your patience.

@seank3465 I was so hopefully when reading your post - Sadly, this still has not worked for me.  I tried all of the steps again which I had outlined above, but it did not work. Any other suggestions?
