Trouble resolving domain name
Folks,
My assigned AT&T DNS are having trouble resolving domain name avantorsciencesgcc.com
They only work about 25% of the time.
Thanks,
Jim

Hi there, @jimhermann. We understand that the AT&T DNS is not resolving a website. We can look at that together.
First, we will need two screenshots of ping and traceroutes showing your routing to both the website name and the IP address of the website.
Next, if you could run your ipconfig/all command from your command prompt, so we can see if you have the correct DNS settings.
After that, please make sure to run the ipconfig/flushdns command. This should resolve your DNS resolver cache.
Our last step is to ask if you are using just the AT&T equipment or are you are using IP pass-through and another router behind it? The reason why we need to know that is, so that we can proceed in troubleshooting.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks for providing the result of your ping test, @jimhermann. The results of the latency test look good.
We have marked your thread private to protect your network information.
Please let us know if you are getting latency issues on other sites as well.
We look forward to your response.

Is that the correct spelling? As of right now, nobody in the world has a DNS record for that domain.
