Trouble Managing a Blocked eMail IP
We are having trouble getting unblocked. We use SendGrid with a private IP (our IP 167.89.97.231) and have taken steps to maximize deliverability on behalf of our clients.

I am not able to access any of the links to move the process to remove our IP from the ATT blacklist

We have not had success accessing any of the url’s ATT has for requesting removal from your blacklist. What is our next step to initiate this process? We have been in business since 1999 providing services to professional photographers. We have always complied with the CAN SPAM ACT and have many other processes in place to maintain our good status. We use SendGrid where we consistently have a reputation of 90-95%.

The IP provided is not currently on the AT&T RBL. Do you have a bounceback message that was received within the last 24 hours?
