spouse forgot her subaccount email password

I'm trying to reset my wife's email password.

we have sbcglobal email accounts.

she forgot her password and wanted to log into her account on her new laptop.

she tried answering the personal questions, but didn't know the answers and got locked out.

my account is the primary account when logging into

I logged in and spent the last hour trying to figure this out.

I went to "manage subaccount", but when i went to "edit" her account, there is no option for changing password.

I'm at my wits end.

Contact AT&T Customer Care to see if they are able to assist with the password change. Try the reset option you tried previously to see if it's unlocked again.

In the message body, please include the following:

- Name

- Address

- Account number

- Phone number

- Contact email address

- The best time to contact you if needed

- The problem you are having (in detail) , please mention the email address you're having issues with.

I honestly don't know if the number works as advertised or not, but then, I also have no reason to think it will not. Please let me know either way:
