some incoming emails are not readable, some are.

Why are some incoming emails readable and some are not. All from trustworthy sites. This just started a few days ago HELP!

I too have an issue with some incoming emails showing up as HTML. I am using the latest MS Edge and the Windows email App.

I forgot to add that my email address is a Yahoo/ATT email using @pacbell.net.

@crashq   That's a known issue with Windows Mail and all Yahoo-based emails.  Microsoft broke something in their last update of Mail and has still not fixed it months later.  Speculation is that it is because they're close to releasing the free Outlook-based product that will replace Mail.

For now the only solution is to switch to an different email client (Thunderbird, BlueMail, etc) which are already OAuth2-compliant so you don't need a Special Mail Key to use them.
