SIM card issue netgear nighthawk

I put my SIM card from my att home base into my new netgear nighthawk that I picked up from my local att store and it say that a sim card is not installed.

We'd suggest first checking to make sure that the SIM card is installed inside the router correctly. If it is, you could try another microSIM to see if the SIM card itself is the issue. Hope this helps!
