Setting Account updates

Trying to get to account settings to change alternate contact info and security questions. The security and account settings are grayed out. Click on them am logged out, relog in back to mail screen with no access to the tasks trying to accomplish Catch-22. Help please

If you're getting logged out when attempting to change your account information, there's a few troubleshooting steps you may want to try.

  • Ensure that the 'keep me signed in' box is checked
  • Try signing in using Currently, as it's our supported webmail service
  • Use a different browser (ideally one of our supported browsers)
  • Clear your cache and cookies

If the steps above don't help, could you please let us know if you're getting any type of error code when trying to update your information?
