Security Exceptions
I need to access a site I use for work and it is being blocked. I have looked at every Q&A here where other people had similar problems. I have yet to find a solution. I see the security exceptions in the AT&T smart home app, but it has no button to add sites to it. I've tried on the app and on the website version. I need to access this site now. This is not okay. This needs to be fixed now. There is literally no option to add sites to the exceptions list. It's not possible. Someone mentioned sites can be added when you get a notification that a site was blocked in the messaging center. I do not get any notifications about a site being blocked at at all. If I can't find a work around for this then I WILL have to switch to a different ISP. It's completely unacceptable.

When trying to access the website, what is the exact error code that you receive? Depending on the error, we may have to alter our troubleshooting. Do you also get the same error when trying different browsers? How about different devices on the same network? This will be able to tell us if it's more of a network based issue or just device/browser specific.
