I have two emails but securer key drop down only keeps 1st one will not select second email to create secure key.

AT&T customer service has no clue how to resolve this. This is a bug in their software.

Hi there, Suhas! Looks like those steps did not work for you, so let's start back at the beginning and try a different tactic.
To make sure that you are getting all of the account management options, let's work on the browser. Please follow the steps:
Now that we have gotten the browser problem resolved, let's move on to the next step.
The next step is Managing the Subaccounts. Just click on the aforementioned link, and the first plus sign and it will give you the steps.
Lastly, let's move on to the Secure Mail Keys and subaccounts.
Each subaccount that you have does require its own Secure Mail Key. To get you started, here are the steps for each subaccount: Reminder you will need to be logged into each subaccount.
Try these steps, and let us know if they work for you.
