secure key email subaccount

I have three email sub-accounts for family members.  I've recently updated my email clients to use the new Oauth secure key for my primary email.  So editing my email clients is not the problem.  However, I cannot find a way to generate a key for these sub-accounts.  I can get to the Account->Profile->Account Users->Manage Sub-Accounts page, but my only options are to edit the password, or disable the sub-account.  Any ideas?

We're here to help @johkir, with Secure Mail Key for sub-accounts.


  • What you would need to do here is login with each individual email address then set then the Secure Mail Key for each email account one by one.

I finally got my Micosoft Outlook working by getting a secure mail key; it took me all day to try and figure it out!!!  What a mess.  When something is working properly leave it alone.  I copied my secure mail key on the clipboard and then in the Microsoft where is asked for the Secure Mail key; I copied it in and my outlook mail start working. Someone on the forum had said to check the check box for the secure mail key.  Boy what a mess.  Thanks AT&T.   I just hope it keeps working.  Thank you everyone for the help!!!!
