sbcglobal.net sub account cannot be accessed or found??

I had an sbcglobal.net sub account for my son but recently he wasn't receiving emails and we cannot access his account. I have spent hours trying to resolve this all without success!

Have you tried resetting your password? This will usually resolve any issues with the account.

Also, is the email account for your son associated to any AT&T account?

I contacted ATT by phone and after 48 minutes or struggling to sign in, my account was finally unlocked and it took a new password! My account was locked WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE and I would never have solved the problem on my own.
