Recurring Error 19

I keep trying to access my Yahoo! email songbeat@sbcglobal.net over the last 2 weeks or so and I consistently get an error 19 which locks me out of my account. What am I supposed to do? I saw the list of problems that might cause an error 19, but I don't think any of them apply to me. Is there any way to find out what in specific is causing the error 19 or is there a possibility that the error is coming from Yahoo's side, not from me?

Sorry to read of the trouble you are having with your email. We recommend clearing cache and cookies. If that does not work, test using another brother and/ or update your browser version. 

 

If the issue persists, please reply back and let us know if your yahoo email is tied to an active att.net email and account.

The issue is still persistent even though I am using two different computers both running the newest version of their browsers. My Yahoo! email account is an sbcglobal.net email address (SBC Global was purchased by ATT). Can you tell what is causing the problem?

I am aware of that page (as I mentioned in my original post), but I tried all those remedies and the error 19 keeps coming up!
