Recovering old sbcglobal email account
Hello, I need some help recovering my old sbcglobal email account. I haven't accessed this email account for a few years now, but I have some information I need to retrieve from this email account.
Previously, I was able to login with my email address and the password. However when I go to the Yahoo website to sign in, I input my email address, and then it redirects me to the AT&T login page which requires me to give a User ID.
I have not been an AT&T customer for a while now and don't have a User ID.
How do I rectify this to get access to my sbcglobal email account?
Thank you.

We'd be happy to help, @fairoh!
Depending on the last time you signed in, we may have updated our procedures. You will need to access this email through ATT.net or Currently.com (they both lead to the same place). The AT&T login screen supports signing in to SBCGlobal emails, so go ahead and type your email and password on that screen.
If you still have login issues, we have an entire guide for troubleshooting SBCGlobal email addresses. You’ll probably need to reset your password, disable any third-party add-ons, or update your web browser.
Let us know if you have other questions, @fairoh!
