Receiving reported error (0x800CC92) Your email server rejected your login

This is a persistent error I get when using Outlook to access my Yahoo mail account.  Doesn't happen with my ATT email accounts.  I use the same user name and password to get to the account via browser and it works.  The issue occurs with Outlook.  I've tried changing form IMAP to POP and back and the issue doesn't resolve.  All settings are correct, according to online help.  So how do I resolve this?
